关于lifelong learning plan

请问精打，我最近要去nait读evening course (大概一年6门课）， 学费可以用我先生的RRSP，其中的lifelong learning plan吗？ 如果可以，程序是不是我先自己付钱， 到年底再报税务局？

问题是我们在2006年把RRSP的钱拿出来作home buyer's plan了， 在2007年 2月低前补进取不多钱，如果rrsp里面的钱不够作学费用（比如说学费2000块，rrsp里面只有1000块）， 我可以不可以现在马上买rrsp存进去，然后再取出来作life long learning plan?

还有，lifelong learning plan不需要有家庭年收入的上限把。。。

从RRSP 里 LLP 提钱条件是：
1   The student must be a full-time student (or a part-time student if he or she meets the disability conditions).
2   You (the RRSP owner) have to be a resident of Canada.
3   The student has to enrol in a qualifying educational program at a designated educational institution.
) Z8 H8 R; V9 F6 W$ T) Y5 [: \4    The participation in the Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) has to be done before the end of the year the student reaches the age of 71 years old.

you can participate in the Lifelong Learning Plan, even if you have withdrawn funds from your RRSPs under the Home Buyers' Plan and you have not yet fully repaid the balance owing.
