o Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program4 e- h1 ^; d6 H }
o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program
4 K3 a& |! `0 A3 ro Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
g# y' q, {9 y, F3 L/ A; \o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program" `3 W3 [7 n/ \4 S' w5 t
o Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program8 o/ F; }1 k. B- r" o' s* ]
o Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising0 r2 X* f. d8 k& F
o Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
, o" _3 q- {+ {$ B2 W# ]o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre

o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience* ? ]$ k9 u. }
o Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset; b7 [# K9 a7 y5 h% |
o Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset! Z0 p+ N M8 i0 h
o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills7 Z0 n g2 \! c g, n
o Willingness to learn
