# x( E( n% o( s7 MYou will work in collaborative partnerships with other organizations, enhancing their capacity to prevent, identify/intervene in situations of elder abuse. You will participate on local, provincial and national committees to build community capacity to address elder abuse.

3 w9 U; s- b! g/ m: F: S4 ~$ G. tYour ability to develop/execute community development strategies will provide the foundation for your success. A degree in Social Work combined with three years of professional experience in social services is required.
