* l! {" A z2 t2 u% RKey responsibilities: overseeing the day-to-day activities/operations of the program; recruitment, training & supervision of volunteers for the program; recruitment/orientation of participants; matching newcomers with community volunteers & monitoring the matches; planning other program activities; maintain computer dBase record of services/activities.0 l6 c2 w) U* d4 V, G( g3 O

PLUS: act as a resource person; fulfill program accountability requirements; collaborate, network with other organizations /professionals liaison with ethno-cultural & immigrant community organizations; represent EISA at meetings and functions related to the program.

G+ n2 i" p- OKey Qualifications - Degree or Diploma in social work, social sciences or related areas. > Special requirements include: 2-3 years experience in program coordination; excellent interpersonal/communication skills, cultural sensitivity; knowledge & experience in volunteer management; good knowledge of available community resources/services. , ~3 r!
