ABILITY Career & Employment Services seeks a team leader for our career consulting firm.  This position is usually based in Edmonton although other locations will be considered. Responsibilities

Develop proposals
Manage contracts

Demonstrated skill as a writer and communicator
Expertise in at least two of the following areas: career development, vocational training, self-employment training, labour market research
Graduate degree and related experience in a career setting
