Competencies and Qualifications
Proven track record of project management
' _+ r8 f) a3 m& ]' i) [* RExceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrated skill as a writer and communicator
Expertise in at least two of the following areas: career development, vocational training, self-employment training, labour market research
" P- @; K: v  LGraduate degree and related experience in a career setting
