# V  Z, z* t; e2 VGrandin out of School Care and Daycare is registered as a non-profit corporation.  Grandin has both a Daycare and Out of School Care in a shared building facility located at Grandin School.  September 1, 2008 we will become an After School Care Program exclusively.

4 ~# Q% R' U" A: l# i# _' O6 Q7 M- w1 GThe Grandin Out of School Care Board of Directors is inviting applications for the temporary position of child care worker to start as soon as possible.  This is a full time summer temporary position with the possibility of progressing into a permanent position.  This position involves working directly with the care, programming, implementation of programming of school age children on site and on field trips off site.

QUALIFICATIONS:
$ T+ X8 U' [1 w+ B+ I        Commitment to the ideals expressed in the Grandin Daycare mission statement and a desire to work together with sponsoring bodies:  Catholic School Board, Grandin Administration, Grandin OSC Board of Directors, Staff and Parents.
        Level 1, 2 or 3 childcare certification or equivalent education

. ^1 c7 u# U. P! a/ |8 U/ K        Responsible, ethical, good communication skills with parents and staff

         Supervision of school age children in a summer Out of school care program in accordance with the city of Edmonton and province of Alberta licensing regulations and standards

        Supervision of school age children on field trips off site
