2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
7 z# ` E7 Y0 Q3 zproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
2 \- ^! B$ I! P0 z, ?+ Qdrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for9 s4 k% G) D& b; [' x

3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning6 M8 x; ^2 Y3 ]0 F& r+ }! Z# T. _
meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these* J* Y8 r6 X& t' U; B8 f1 h% u$ }$ d
needs.

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect

assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
! y* n- f# [6 ainspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.
( I' D5 m' J5 O9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.

11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a3 p4 t+ I6 \7 i/ d+ q
related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
: v4 Z7 I' |; W3 O: eexperience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general* B9 b) v- w/ [* l
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
