PURPOSE:

1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of- B7 ]. c& ~9 @5 y

measure layout.
1 s2 R0 ^8 @& r2 F+ {+ G6 T2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
1 Q9 X6 z% f C( r( g2 g2 W c" dproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
2 n3 v" p# R7 C, z- s" Ydrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for- X2 P% r& f6 N( w& R; [9 v
specification and installation.$ V& W3 N/ Y: r! b
3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning/ r i- T3 W# i" f: ^. u
meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction- V4 j/ H; ?0 Q L: A
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect/ A! n: K! L! t. s H* n) u

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,- b) D# F C+ H2 q
assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
- @* ^0 y. F cinspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.

10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.

related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
1 n0 r9 |7 ^8 i) W1 Q+ Q6 a3 d# texperience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general. B) t- j: U2 M$ I& k# `
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
