大量的空氣通過喉嚨和口康進入肺部,因而引起水和雜物流入肺部,也有水量流失。喉嚨非常乾燥,容易引起發炎。 8 ^9 ]& i! f {' G6 Y% m4 _再者,還有些少的鼻泌會流入喉嚨,刺激自然的反應而咳咻,游泳也會有此現象。; a( r0 f' v/ I2 e+ R+ ~; m

在做運動時,常喝水吧。9 c. Y" @: d- c
; s8 y2 L( \- d- g5 w: dMake sure you are well hydrated... water, not sodas, and that you are breathing through your nose and not your mouth. Don't just drink water right before and/or after exercise, that will give you tummy ache. drink plenty throughout the day AND KEPT YOU THROAT WET WITH WATER DURING EXERCISE.& ~/ B6 X6 U8 X/ j6 T
