Five people – two kids and three adults – have been found dead in a Calgary home.

Police were called to the Dalhart Hill N.W. home, and found two girls – 4 and 6 years old – and three adults dead inside.

A female resident who lives two doors down said a young family moved into the home about three years ago.

“I’m just about ready to cry,” she said about the multiple deaths, not wanting to give her name.

The woman, who has grown children of her own and has lived on the street for more than two decades, said she never sensed trouble inside the home.

A neighbour across the street watched from her front window as cops and ambulances poured onto the street, saying she didn’t hear any violence.
