Police warn women about Garneau sex assaults

EDMONTON - Edmonton police are warning women in the Garneau area after three women were attacked and sexually assaulted while they slept in their homes.- x" H* Y \2 @/ {! @* b3 }7 n
& a4 D R. f1 HThe first attack was in February when a man broke into a home on 111th Street and 81st Avenue in the early morning and sexually assaulted a 24-year old woman. A man returned to the same residence earlier this month between midnight and 6 a.m. and sexually assaulted a 47-year-old woman, police said. G1 w, `! [5 N4 v# _
/ M2 G/ c4 ^* y$ u$ `; n2 MThe most recent attack occurred last weekend when a man broke into a house at 111th Street and 80th Avenue. He pepper-sprayed and assaulted a 21-year-old woman. ! p% P6 r$ C" n7 E% w5 j
