The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

7 u1 R/ @$ f; W, v4 cHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

9 o1 c' |# L& F, e2 \* x7 ^Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
) _. A' x) p5 L) w3 x0 _0 I8 ^3 r$ Z- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
& u2 c7 o8 g/ S- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


! h! n: Q- z* B/ Y- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
) O% I1 G3 r) B' V% O5 m- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

" K' w  ^" S, x+ cAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
