2 X* p6 W: r( |The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
% j: H7 F1 E7 }; B* [6 C6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

4 w7 m2 m. e- m! o" sPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
3 K% w! p" ?' c, g; G& A/ }; kThis price includes:
% c7 Z8 G/ P8 \5 ]* a& ]8 [- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


3 R, Z" y* L0 o( S% U( F- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
5 {5 ]! O6 ?; `9 ]- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
5 }" \) H) O* R! w+ f% I9 [2 M- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
