3 i1 o& z: j4 j" D! ^( {' RThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

/ p! m  Y; C) c- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
. W; Q# ?9 D7 g9 ~9 }- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

! n' I" D3 B7 s# h& r; m# c, q" K' _- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
  e3 J# z; e& M/ _+ |- \- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
