& o- F; E4 e+ p# S5 g  V* j* TThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

4 Q. Y9 j5 Y# ?Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

8 F6 K0 F1 o1 ?: W  V' m= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

3 m$ k# ^) n' s9 ?, L- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
) ]1 p; M8 U7 p- q( [, E% @- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

5 d+ q% E& k6 c3 `0 FAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
