The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

% }( h& y& Z9 G" j' n' l) sPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

' a, [* w+ X# y2 l6 {= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

- I) W$ y9 i  M- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


+ `$ G, i8 v; f+ {  i: g- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
% c. v- o% b* v  F- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
5 [+ B1 Y; h) e9 N6 B% O% d- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
