5 E1 E" {0 f) l& qThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

2 I; P* L& @' {" w% F/ oPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
( {3 s7 K: T! F- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

2 D. p/ ~; |6 [& v% g, h+ z
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

4 w! i# q; [2 |" z- r8 DAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
