找工需要driver abstracts.谁知道从哪里得到这个文件?

到任意一个registration office都可以拿到，无外乎就是查你的驾驶记录，但要交一定费用。好象是20刀左右。

I moved to AB from BC, and call ICBC when register car in AB, and they email me.
Other province, I guess can go to your insurance company, ask insurance agent.
