shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. / I: b5 Q e1 x) T" {0 U
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
* ]4 \7 H s5 ~/ P z6 f# T, V# u! S, Pthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
