Well, there is no vertatim translation. In English, you can call it manor, mansion, plaza, house... But it's just a name.

还是我从前说过的一句话，基本上来讲，没有两个词是完全一样的，很多英文词都是大厦的意思，但是大厦的类型不同，或者有不同的暗示。

# y6 N6 n+ ?* N4 c; J比如square, 我们最熟悉的是TAM广场的广场。那么一所大楼被叫做square暗示了什么呢？暗示了大楼的方圆大，还包括露天的广场。

& o8 B" \) n5 B8 H. X4 P比如highrise,显而易见是说高楼的大厦。

) e0 Z' V( D2 E5 m9 n2 ]" uhouse 和mansion是住宅楼，并不是商业大厦，但是未必不能当作大厦，如果公司把大厦叫做house，那么肯定暗示你我们的楼好像住在house一样，而mansion就是豪华公寓了。

I never heard people would say "office house", more office building or office tower. If an office is really a house, it would be just "office". A house and mansion still have their limitation on size hence mostly refer to residence/dwelling. A mansion is just a bigger house, not apartment.

I agree with other translations:
3 |  X7 M( u& f" ^! BSquare and plaza refer to a or a group of buildings with its surrounding open area);
7 l9 y9 a2 m6 n2 cHigh-rise is not as high as skyscraper;
Tower mainly reflects its height and shape...

However, the words "high-rise" and "skyscraper" are only used to refer a building, not to name the building.

University of Alberta has a new campus in downtown edmonton. As a matter of fact, it is only a building. The name of the building is Enterprise Square, which replaced its original name Hudson’s Bay Building.

误会了，你看我提到mansion, house说的就是住宅，因为大厦未必一定是办公楼的意思。后面我的意思并不是说，house 是公寓，而是说，如果公寓取名叫house, 那么是为了暗示这个公寓的非常housely. 如果公寓名mansion，也是为了暗示这个公寓非常mansionly.  我在北京见过公寓叫mansion的用法，里面的单个公寓都是小house一样，给驻京首代的那种人住的。不过这种用法是否是独一性我就不太了解了。

欧在北京的前单位就在一个叫Mansion的纯办公大楼里。

i don't think there are rigid rules when it comes to naming a high-rise building. simply looking at those high-rise buildings in edmonton dt core, you can easily find CN Tower, Canada Place, Coast Edmonton House and Telus Plaza. seems to me that you can name your building whatever you want.
