# Expired Listings: 151 (136)
- K( A0 Y7 J$ V; L2 @# Canceled, withdrawn and terminated listings: 53 (82)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 169 (174)
; b3 x$ ^: \( T) L, p  ^Active listings for single family homes: 2625 (2584)
; k0 V, ]5 X: E# [8 E: r3 ^Active listings for condos: 1928 (1817)

' j! R4 r/ ^; }2 Y% GJust like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!
