它可能是一个冬天的城市，但埃德蒙顿计划耗资1.3亿元在未来10年重建室外泳池，喷雾公园和新建两个带沙滩的水上公园。

上周三市议会批准了新的策略。该计划包括以下项目：
重建伊利沙伯室外游泳池，该泳池由于泄漏现已关闭。
