Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
2 j! q3 z* [4 u6 F& B2 O4 {9 G" e•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8 p7 A3 k& z+ x2 w- t•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
4 a$ h; Q  X1 Q•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
4 E- U3 k$ W5 `2 a) B- ^•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
