Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
5 d, y: t0 r! c1 Z1 \" d7 ^4 D0 H•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.

! m: C2 o$ H- N, c•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
4 R: c9 c- q! z2 n5 g3 i•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
6 l! d! X6 y& z: K& Z- `- Z•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
* @5 D# ^' ?' k- @•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
