Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
& f% ?7 r6 l+ }: E4 @" t•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
( x3 c/ E& d3 k•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
% R  {/ G6 c  O3 C0 o•        Strong interpersonal skills.
" v' s3 v2 J- S1 z•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:
- s, H& E6 H' C, c, p8 F•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
- d. M6 ]+ F! Q' r& A+ j5 H•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
