There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous 3 ]( O! R8 i6 `" b* ~

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
' o9 m* Y! e1 R) eduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
: Y" E6 [' ?" T& bthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 7 s$ H) M/ H" v) O
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
% M$ m$ a1 G3 gEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
" u- e+ U J7 s+ a( C4 E1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 0 n! V9 C4 c. M( {' E
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
& Z" O3 f. X5 e" d6 |% R(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
1 V/ A" W+ m9 }3 L2 d# \professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult
! M9 t5 @5 f, {4 \Canadians learn a second language.

developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and
