Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
2 E' E+ S0 z. f-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
1 z( L9 Q, ]+ b" \7 v a) j$ M& q-Other questions:$ B6 t4 t5 Z! L) w
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).6 @2 A4 g* u; U7 ?" a5 m

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

( x( X% I o* d" v' }) ?The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.$ m- P! o; g+ U% G
7 p/ n6 N& W+ e! }- XOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

& j1 U; [6 h& e( C4 v1 W' C, JHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

6 P5 {4 t6 A) f5 t% y5 dHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).. y' G! H0 x9 |& P) K+ |
* k/ W8 q A5 P& ]7 C, d' |HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.6 p1 F- l2 c" y5 h9 [' c
