Interview 1: by manager and technical leader# o2 m' ?( Q$ @
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development)./ f2 R9 g* g7 L; g3 ]

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.' B& y1 C! X9 n# w1 H- H

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

9 t6 o& @) V& x) O7 y% yThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

3 a6 \4 r; R5 Y! f/ F0 g6 ~One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.; U7 i$ M7 S$ a( O/ `4 j& b3 B5 G* ~
( ]: d2 @1 y$ T# H4 aHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.$ G2 E: H# A) w( Z% v3 R+ C* S7 q
4 u9 K' B7 v2 g0 w: G; G2 l7 h. A
HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).% q) y7 A+ L: D$ b

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.: B# O1 }& B y
& @* p! Y+ T: mOne hour later, I got a reject email!

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
