Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.- N1 t' L0 R; K* P7 W0 A, }4 ?$ Y4 _

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. 2 Q, v6 Y, A; y5 r6 g9 }
