Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
1 y8 g& s5 ?0 Z) j6 {/ a3 GBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
( E5 J8 r1 X* \/ s1 }% O. W4 k; QI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
