Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

6 \: \  K% m$ N$ _+ M* j& B. Hand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
6 b; K% }2 S' fThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
