烤蛋糕

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder + h [& }1 x" l5 A
• 4 eggs, well beaten

! F+ H! R; t {( y5 @( s6 V5 n' yBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. - @3 N3 ~7 u3 n& _& N
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
" X" q+ F: \1 p- D C7 N2 ZBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.7 x& y( b- ~, x8 d2 ?

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。8 F9 ?5 g8 E/ D% Q" K4 K; ~
