烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
- H( h# u* V/ n; V: ~• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten! h7 g. \4 {, }) [: {

PREPARATION:
: d" w% \# G- l! i4 S7 rBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 8 O0 [2 C6 X: @: `4 w* a) x
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. + m5 e! Z8 ^. B
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.. j, ]( T! f) ?9 n- b* H; `
5 a9 d1 e+ C# F' f6 I( B6 g4 {1 i+ j! r这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
