烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

& P7 \& d4 W3 X( @3 g• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
# Y2 c( `0 u& @5 |• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

% C" d6 v6 d8 K$ }5 i7 pBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
