/ T. U/ a  `8 q2 K% O6 `• Work as a member of a project team to develop new software solutions;
$ |! q+ J( b% E2 w• Work as a member of a project team in support of existing ICD software solutions;
/ @% a8 k, {! l! [! U' w9 r• Provide Production trouble-shooting analysis & resolution;
( \- \  C) ^$ q! x• Implement reusable software components;
9 V. O' j6 w) W3 R2 Q; c' S• Implement automated Unit tests;
• Work within an iterative environment;
* m- ^$ l: m, q* E1 a2 j• Utilize Rational’s source code versioning tool to manage software code streams;

: g! ~; f8 @! f! @4 k& c; E  zKey aspects for these roles are:
7 @9 a( @+ e3 i, N• Use the EUB .Net Framework to develop and maintain subsystems and applications;
0 {+ q  u' z5 s1 M: X! A! z. [• Work in partnership with business analysts and Systems Architect to ensure that there is a transition from design to development;
• Identify architectural issues and recommendations to improve our application systems environment. This includes current design patterns, component development and identification of common services;
0 h1 r0 |$ n* \4 ]• Work closely with the Business Analyst and the Test Analyst to ensure requirements are understood and unit testing approach is sound;
