Shifts:            8:00am to11:00am - Wednesday and Friday

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

0 L  _4 L  O* g+ ~# [" d9 m+ | DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
0 v+ F" b# W* n7 b# u# I
+ Y' Z; x9 g2 V( h1 S3 J( R1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
0 a( }, V( R, o/ ?
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

( ^4 |- h# j- W, @4 Z: d) [2 }3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

, U8 a  T6 F1 y$ a' E  \3 N8 q4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
% d6 f  B& e, X% y+ ]7 M! r
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2 t, f' [! \+ Z- R" u) z% v  l2) Cashier experience.
9 |0 N0 k0 [+ `3 X
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
