( a$ s1 y/ A, T; _0 }1 ?JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

- e; l; r4 C! g, c  b! w& I6 w3 W4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

+ D; [3 C7 D& c" e) w
: d0 I7 _6 i) \1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2 U$ j- @* V  ?+ t& v' j2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
