After I settled down in Edmonton, I celebrated Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween and Remembrance Day. All of them arevery interesting to me, but I have to say that the most enjoyable holiday is Halloween.6 }! O& o0 w' d+ s9 x& T
My teacher told me I should prepare candies, and many children would come to my home and ask for them. So, I bought many candies from Zellers and Safeway. When I got back home with the candies, my wife told me that there were not enough, so I went to Safeway again and bought more.

My child went out with a bag. I stayed at homewith my wife, waiting for neighbours' kids. To my surprise, only three children came to my home, and I was left with many unclaimedcandies. And, one hour later, my child came back with a full bag. “Dad,” She said, “My bag is full. I have many candies now. What an interesting day!”- S8 \& Y) X m
