a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
6 Y" p0 p) T- h- ~c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
+ v! x$ V1 G9 f' _6 X9 g, Y, T+ Sand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 A0 p4 Y' A% `# Nintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 g% @8 j6 R2 r8 a& z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  V5 B* t1 L6 X) I(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 Y+ \: ~5 b5 t! y- K* h(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
