a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

2 S+ T! N/ X3 L/ b' F: RPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
/ @% o! D. V2 J% F; E1 r' r( u, ^2 menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ D0 Y3 ~& E3 mintegrated system/circuit design.

. h6 g2 t+ p5 @0 s4 cThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% R9 Q7 R7 Z6 X9 D, T(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
0 G- X/ t* W+ L/ Q9 @# o  ~(e) A good team work player.
