Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
* T* r  K. F* |enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* f  d2 a: ?* jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# ?6 ^5 R& X/ }6 b3 E7 L' P. Lintegrated system/circuit design.
) B- m, b: M1 B9 P
6 M4 V" C3 G" M) X1 FThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
