An Alberta woman has been charged with stealing thousands of dollars from a small town in Saskatchewan.

According to the RCMP, the 26-year-old woman from Strathmore, Alta., faces 12 charges including fraud, theft and false pretences.2 K* B4 g/ _# Q) w# m" A3 A
! m2 R. q! X$ r. k2 J8 sThe RCMP began investigating following a complaint that money was missing from the town of Kyle.

It was learned that about $18,000 was missing, the RCMP said.
