Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
" ~$ o* ^/ o; u. Xof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
# s) K; \ b+ X& Y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' F& Y% k& h S& r5 t7 Y# Q5 fof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
, h7 u; ^. g M1 b5 x; H8 @! ~ w+ v. D ~( m( @& k% S5 m- b' b
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including x) l6 {, X* j0 w) ^/ n$ `" ~, k
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.* P8 E8 {, y; G& c+ l+ |
* a% i/ z3 ~0 t! n. s q; p0 h H* B
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of # ?0 s1 n( @+ @ P' T& r! F
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and # Z4 [0 J+ P% ] s$ g+ I
keeping appropriate and accurate records.3 ]7 f4 Y X5 U2 f; `
6 s+ L9 \5 \) r$ y. Q4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
; I; h4 {; H. v+ i1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.: ], y/ W. ^5 @3 Q: K

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
