JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- # j7 a1 x: c8 d2 x! i5 r: u* }

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects , O% v( Y% }: n8 k
of Course Pack production.! g7 ^- v( x+ W2 I' f

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:4 M, N8 B; d& f! j" M, I
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
/ _- {$ m1 R% r8 Y B' H* zof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
& n: {" M0 q9 b
/ G k1 o/ [' k/ b6 X2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
* g' Z# u0 s& |- N, xprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.$ ]9 B3 \* B9 \ Y! P
8 ^9 `3 @& I) J+ ^3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
2 [5 o: o1 Y% v1 N0 Z$ R+ Z+ Z- Qcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and # g, J' D4 \8 V- e. s8 A) c
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.. G6 a. X; B, H2 c' F% m! l
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
