JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- : g& o3 \: }; i# _
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical - A6 B1 @7 x; v
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
0 d6 V3 E. ^5 O! E. d, Qof Course Pack production.7 z8 Y8 G$ f w0 X) `5 O5 P* g: R
+ Y' M( A! U# i8 n/ WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:9 T) A; k+ P; S0 J: h
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
# {( R, o* y5 S- J( e1 ^of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.6 L/ W5 G! J9 w6 e, L* z7 L( [
$ ~7 q- @# o. }) ]2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
n6 w% V1 K8 B% \- ^7 Aprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.( G, ? b- K6 \& w, y
F6 W; b- i* y" f3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
8 X! h. [. {) n( E7 ycourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
2 k5 } c2 T" Z" Kkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

8 [ G& r. P+ w5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

skills.. v& o8 M! n: e4 e
% k! Q( [7 N5 K* Z/ H3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
