JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 6 D5 q+ y9 p# J* {+ g) N1 @ X
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
( @( X$ j$ M& nSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
; L) N9 C$ x# i- v8 _) Aof Course Pack production.
# H9 N: Y6 {. q" Z- R' B( A
" r* f. C8 v% zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 N% Y3 K: L4 C/ C% V+ y4 u+ M7 D* I1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning & A5 p0 e! ]6 ], Q+ b' i# h
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.! F! R3 F n$ o" B' w9 ~- F8 e
/ O: w- _: M6 b: a" Z, J2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
; m4 N F/ g* \9 o0 yprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. ~3 f# ~4 d8 P1 j
! D* @& S( j; w z3 P
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
% v$ I. m5 ^; ]5 Y! Ocourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 J9 d1 \- k# K a2 e) fkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
+ d2 e: j* Y6 u5 v$ k2 ofailures to the Operations Manager.

- u4 v7 N Q4 M; B5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ' ]( e3 G( L, J7 |* w
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.4 ]+ \5 W8 k+ _1 { m2 t

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
