JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- - G {8 x# M% g0 u j6 p% Z: X
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical & f- f; J# U a. I7 c( f; x
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects # O2 V, k: V! D+ C# O8 @' P) ?
of Course Pack production.9 R! W9 D* I2 Q6 y; x
% {# N: e/ h5 k2 J3 [. A& d) i
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:9 C4 t. t3 Q+ f+ |# X
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * Y- Q% X0 d3 o! z; c
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 3 F, P$ _9 j K$ I# q8 i
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting." B3 O$ z4 m! t
7 g9 B# g9 B S% j+ F! x3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
# M5 G1 F) t( F# p8 V3 h' q1 e" vcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 9 w8 I: K' ^4 ]& b6 N
keeping appropriate and accurate records.& T# f: b) r* o4 k1 @

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment # o c4 t o4 [* Y5 E8 R
failures to the Operations Manager.7 e, w* q M+ Q$ V6 j
8 [% U: W5 Z" ]0 }+ \) P2 T1 V9 D5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ( m7 A- w+ D# g! L
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6 A: `( T2 `7 x. L5 b6 Rskills.6 t+ M0 Q& w6 F+ r
0 C u/ T- l& K* A; d+ ^" _3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
% ^7 F& B% g/ }4 w# U% S8 o
1 _; ^! X. ?1 U v* l) m" P4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
