" |- F0 t3 |9 i9 z/ U8 wSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
) J: P' q8 z, i+ Rof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. S7 B0 X; e" [. x& D
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 ?$ V: K2 a( ?! z8 Tof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.$ C8 f2 F0 Z* W% P$ f
2 @) K' V, M# x' l' B2 e; b2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
/ ]* Q* @# O. R( ]2 f7 dprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

1 }; P7 r$ B( \; J3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 4 u) G3 ?- m* d, m% L4 P( _
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
) t! l2 p. K2 B* V0 H4 r0 F3 Cfailures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.$ q( B+ t w1 d8 P
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ; K {; i. O' E& Q3 S. r
skills.9 u6 F/ c& o$ e

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
