JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ' R( P) h+ q3 Z j$ u
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
& O0 j6 e# o: C4 USupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
8 m5 W4 m3 e* _of Course Pack production.: Y M+ ^. H X" ]! R3 j

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:3 y6 W L* ?" s! v+ k" h. E
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning : A5 e9 j1 p* Q3 g9 Q+ a
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
x+ W: X$ j6 h1 @. Q1 l$ h) P# \
' S2 p0 q1 h, d2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 7 a0 R) k4 f, a
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

8 b- N1 {, Q6 |0 y% J9 T8 G( O3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
$ n5 y$ t; @) o7 ncourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ; L, _2 h8 u9 G ]) l

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.( ]7 a. N) m- x' D x- }1 Y
