Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
# n6 e- s: w3 z' N2 jof Course Pack production.. Z: P- ^' b1 m+ V( s M. N
) O A! z I9 A' |& t3 f7 \, NDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
x) }+ o3 V' M% p1 H: Y6 j1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning , M9 F. O9 i: L8 s
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
) |/ A# s8 y4 G* j( D3 K6 M4 i* C0 q5 m7 @5 c. v
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 9 R# ^" w6 D5 n9 R# O. Q. z
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

) [: @9 g* x; @3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of % P6 y& n0 p/ w3 [( M' p' p
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ; ?. d/ m4 R) F" o' o/ p" D1 ]9 a
keeping appropriate and accurate records.. h2 V8 J/ }7 o/ X
, n5 J" g3 E$ w+ V8 d$ ~3 I4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
/ _% j: e1 b) @$ e6 R/ t1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
7 f9 ]! @" H/ N/ j9 W4 n2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ! M. x2 N7 {$ b4 g% t
skills.
' q+ b; g2 n! e0 x5 d! \5 F& }9 j4 S7 T7 V
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

3 Z3 }$ C, y! f" Y7 Q% ?1 E4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
