% ]# R, V! D7 I0 Q! e6 [5 n2 s* }" \1 AAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
* m2 V8 `2 |# L3 ?- n6 V4 Hassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
' f* Z! h% ~2 Y" O# D% L: pgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
2 L6 a1 f1 T( g. oassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

work within the TRA Division.

4 D! g/ Q* b/ c, vQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
' y+ o6 X4 _0 h; E; m* m# T8 zsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
