Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
7 F  Z2 `/ s  N: d' h1 ?) gassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
; }' z* G# L1 d0 R0 x5 r9 o$ }group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
5 m9 j% O/ q1 E1 T$ N6 L5 ~1 yprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,

work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
