group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

, p4 P# Y7 M) Y- Aassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
3 B+ Q$ ]8 ~% H7 _: Agroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
8 {+ E; ]3 _/ L) H5 Passisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

! Y3 n4 k- I) @, K- Q% ZAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
, M% ~  T9 H$ G/ g$ fsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
