Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
0 u$ T% w" F. aexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
, z( H8 b8 ~0 O" V" v* g, Ucoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
* F* l: t& R/ \5 c- L+ i# L: hjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
3 i1 C( ^7 _: y5 V. {" dindependently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.

$62,148 to $82,152
