Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
# {( c. k2 `. o; F9 |8 ]to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
0 @$ z$ h- c$ C/ H' Kcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
& @* x9 G/ B) {implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
' ?& O9 w# Y' P) b/ w# ~  K5 M7 eservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
* B: ^2 y% g" ?/ n% `independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.


0 p* g) K! ^+ ^, {) `Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
2 s7 x3 C, G$ q+ ^unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
