Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
. o; Z/ w) l* m' ~7 T+ Nto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
. E4 W5 i6 n9 Scoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
3 {$ M* ]: s' cjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
2 E8 Z- `6 [8 R1 h' h. P* ?consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
# S7 l. O6 j: E# Iunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
