Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
5 s. z& j% _, m, E4 J0 F2 ~to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
, Z( T& f& [9 Ocoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


( s$ a& |3 j# D& u" MYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
' `* S0 K. e) j, g; w. e% K. @service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.


Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
/ F' k) p# I  K" J( Aconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
