Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and1 b$ s4 K! X! |/ t/ `2 @
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft4 U6 ?; P' B) G; }0 \$ w. C
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
4 t6 ]0 w% I& SChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the) @! u- V7 b6 g6 ~& Q1 N# ]
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
) E% I# ~: K# u4 W5 HEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
, B# }1 L0 T- P( u* ^$ _visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the- g7 u' R: c8 T2 L6 ^5 P. |; y
recyclables.3 v# u' ]+ q0 b' w& D
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
5 Q9 W5 y4 z! T% c5 K3 d0 mpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
. L2 Z' O$ Q3 Q4 `: p5 LHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing& x6 |) i. g0 r* d/ x# r
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late) a) y( `' @6 g8 K& k1 I
hours are part of this crew’s duties.6 P* w# X2 b# [5 Z

festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide, {$ `3 w) }" q, x7 w! r1 Z

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
( | ~" N4 y( R2 u5 u1 Q, Geveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
/ D n5 n$ `& [$ k# Y7 T# `' ~Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
9 K. b O0 |9 Z: Y7 u2 mevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
& k7 d0 _3 Q& a: ^# Zfestival.
t4 K( v# s Q3 X0 M2 kSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is2 |& @! H" F( @. Z# b. U
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
7 o/ x9 ~) \( o; z" F2 a) L5 rare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
2 j( ]2 p+ G6 ], rStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
- |2 t9 W* P& ]" W- cand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
8 e9 C: V' @3 nTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be" |+ v4 r0 o& C' \+ H) N6 X
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as) M. k* s( {- x/ F* C4 ^
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
