Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the6 K$ f' A6 T) ~8 [, {& I+ B a

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
1 S1 ~, y2 u/ F: ?, lwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft3 s/ \3 g, p, W; Z2 N l
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.) U9 k1 W# | P9 z) r) I2 ~ m
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
% S) i) V& f# ]+ G2 gartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
) w; r; V2 B9 T5 T. jEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
$ Y6 R9 ]. h3 Qvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
4 Y3 V8 v7 v4 {( ~1 `( ?recyclables.
7 d( K2 R: t, W5 a. T4 l1 {Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
9 N0 e9 {' @7 kpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
4 ^% L1 b* S& J. n% zHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing" {. {$ z q& t
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late/ o. Q/ `7 P3 F8 B% M/ R
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
. \- X2 I7 b1 n* QInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
5 i# w6 s7 X2 H' |7 Wfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide4 [3 F! J+ m: q: s7 W
programs to visitors to the festival.
5 S6 V$ T; F4 b$ A) sKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
8 ^( ]& ?7 ~+ |' H4 _2 G; aeveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
5 y- h n& z: u$ yOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed- ]8 b1 j7 |% U# _) U' ^5 {8 x
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
/ Q' t) T' S8 _2 R: Pfestival.
3 B) [ l; d4 s! e q7 lSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
9 ?# h5 d) ]2 r% {- B6 w7 x* Xoperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you9 F2 _1 W( k& Y3 N" I
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.; D' y6 u" C! [6 T3 r7 {
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
( m) g# m7 M+ E; O0 O- [and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
: G( y$ W) M% ?" [2 `9 g5 aTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
) b2 U5 }3 ~9 @% B, yrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as; ? Y, @+ i' T
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
8 C, ~1 a4 G5 ystaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
