* E7 g- l6 s! V" H" y, EOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

1 T+ i3 P7 Z5 l2 ^* CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
+ x  H' L" u9 ^& p
4 Q  r) T" o; L' v# g1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

' e* T2 C5 F# [/ ^7 g2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
9 U3 l9 a+ Y7 P! y  S& ^
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
. m8 q9 {* D& K- O0 V7 m: q8 LCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

9 ]) e" e! ^# C9 |" T4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
' U/ E) D( u& t0 a# S' qdeliveries.

/ Q/ k; ~/ C  O0 T8 s5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
; }2 z' Q' _! p( g0 F4 w! ]% ~shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

! h6 R( m9 Y! A9 X" ?7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
( O8 T' c7 Y0 Z) I/ E# r9 Y; C0 ^
4 x5 I$ Q/ n! r  s4 L4 ^; z- K, s1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
) ?7 @/ `! l0 m7 z+ l/ t% i
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
) P2 c; Y! ^8 h2 F( J: H
1 Z; w2 U! q& F4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

1 B1 D1 h7 z% U; r/ A2 E- w. y& j5) Good public and staff relations.
