Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
9 M: x# C6 e/ K& k3 d2 K$ w* yfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

' \( W0 R! G2 X2 d% ^6 ^- FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, H. E' ]/ _9 p/ b0 ?1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

7 X+ u- u4 m: M: h$ M% W3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
1 Z/ `3 O; ]# Y# N9 ?various shifts as per store hours

7 @, I' C5 q1 L. H( i# |' c  q' t5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
: I1 T& Z4 z* @8 x: ?* t. horders for external custom order clients

& I2 c/ }* U9 N; d6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

0 S! g" K' \) x3 ?9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
: A) D0 D8 `4 k$ I) W4 P; ^5 G# ~1 qSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
9 E( r, G, l$ l, G2 F  q
7 H( ^9 `0 Y* ]8 w: m; J3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

: E1 x; f; e$ ?: E+ G! A7 O. i5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

2 j% u/ c( u8 n+ B4 V6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and  
$ n, P0 A7 Q( j  r2 Z( W) Lthe general public
