• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize user support resources.- X3 F, g2 ^1 d
• Computer Science diploma accreditation or equivalent experience.
5 A% ~7 u2 y. p7 c5 V, i8 n0 ]• Two or more years of experience supporting computer systems with a focus on Microsoft networking and office technologies.
