JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
. l6 r* _7 M1 ?* B' L0 y# h(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 u4 P% J- {0 ^7 l) G+ ^1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
4 F7 N4 _2 T3 L+ [2 ]& m
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

* j7 r' v0 @  f0 r5 A! E3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
) Y  g/ |% G7 K5 w) Vof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

4 P" L1 ?9 j5 k2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
2 o; P2 l7 X7 h7 z' [$ p" ], sof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

, G) y/ u/ P! w9 s, ~5 n$ t' k0 F0 a4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
