0 u0 I. G; E6 i4 @$ D4 N/ @: w! `JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
0 ^/ r* t: i1 R0 K9 i% v" }policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

" A: X, R) `2 H& b7 vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
" b- _2 S- p. b$ D8 o" v* `% ]
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

0 k6 O- \, |& b" B/ ]4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

* j+ F# E, y5 D$ }3 {0 |2 F% ?6 u5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
* c2 h0 h7 U% iManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
; k  c( f" F* O# O  K+ g1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

$ U9 v# `6 p9 p2 T/ X1 \2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
& W4 o! f' y" F, vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

: ?7 N' p3 i$ D4 s9 J, r; `$ g. r: h3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

. k. p, j$ ]# @# S, b5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
