, ~8 p( ?: t% o. m•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
$ a, A' {7 V& ?6 ]•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
" _! x! v: }- j, h. W•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

( r" b; f1 P+ y) g2 i3 ~" E- f•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: j: B& }4 L% x% h8 ?. U•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
