8 ]/ t) s/ k, G% f0 v) i• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:6 N! Y( ~1 w; f- j ^: W
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.1 x5 Y1 s: N4 L. | ^
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.7 g/ y- x( T& m2 b- g/ }
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.; ~. M+ O8 J8 V4 d* R4 P
• Control store-operating expenses.
/ L- {$ B7 D4 m% B; |• Lead by example in company service standards.
) {- f* j$ a: S& Y4 K• Manage store physical inventory.

• Manage store Health & Safety program.: h' j+ {* K+ r" U8 Q

REQUIREMENTS:5 _9 I# c& R g' R; ]( g, u
( {: V+ a/ F( M& L• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
/ V5 P, o1 \1 m A6 m6 Y5 J• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
! U0 L- F) f% f, f' V' ^• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
( }! Z5 r" E; t5 Q• Excellent customer service skills.
5 ^& }, t; S" d3 o' j• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
5 m3 ^$ e) H7 h; I• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.1 _. e4 c! p" v
