POSITION SUMMARY:
- F  ~" L* a! G6 I  `, t" D) O
•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

0 C4 f& ~. ?7 _+ Y•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
: j* ^& h% R# G  K' b0 X% n•        Maintain employee files and records.
. L3 N# `# S) y•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
$ N# p, @3 B6 i& J•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
