Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.3 t3 b5 Y$ ~) |+ p0 {3 q
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.8 i1 I: L$ \ F4 D" o8 M9 x
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.) V9 _; ]3 q( B" O* l% ~3 t" t; ?* j
• Control store-operating expenses.

• Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:& u+ f( }) K$ U

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
" ]# |' c6 L; S• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.# R# Y7 @9 J" c* N8 b
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.4 L" W6 ]: m' w8 Y; n7 E3 N7 z
• Excellent customer service skills.! r, M0 T0 v" U
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
