POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 I8 _, I$ ?0 X2 V•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: N0 t. \% i+ K, F•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
1 E& K3 h& Q% I% E0 \# J% I•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

3 i. }7 v$ V; b1 L' S+ XREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
