POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
: ?  e2 z, ?  _( `! Y* [+ }9 C7 e; rDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
# v# |2 O7 j/ e5 q. Y•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
% v' A' i9 f6 ?- \4 c•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
' H- \. t3 N2 Q% O, |* ?# [, p•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  J( V& [' @/ A" {8 w1 W- u•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
  \+ r1 \" |( g( s. r- V8 G( h•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) V0 P8 Z1 L" s•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
