POSITION SUMMARY:

4 K/ `: S# g% ?•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
( x; i5 u& `2 EDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
  e1 V/ h  }5 z8 Y! j•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
( O2 u8 V' \# q) F2 e8 ~- {•        Lead by example in company service standards.
6 ^- j* P) |) d9 x, J. G•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
# J& a& e  \, p) V: j! d•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

! X5 D" Q. C. o- q  Z0 ?REQUIREMENTS:

' K( d$ R- U: b4 j; O( p•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
