POSITION SUMMARY:

4 K/ `: S# g% ?• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
( x; i5 u& `2 EDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.. g$ u% f/ a' L" R; g
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
e1 V/ h }5 z8 Y! j• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.# [4 i+ ?9 l, t) q6 q
• Control store-operating expenses.

• Maintain employee files and records.

• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.! g. R% F' q/ o; S
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.6 `$ x2 G4 ?5 |$ m1 S' R7 V
• Excellent customer service skills.1 P; x: v6 f/ x7 U. W
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.* Q4 l" A) O. v
