: I' k( i' b3 H, t" i0 V•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
" G) m; E6 \( j( F" S•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
8 l8 K; `' t+ H4 b8 ^$ H4 ~$ h# l2 f•        Control store-operating expenses.
2 t4 T% M% E0 w6 {2 _•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
1 H0 ^. P+ H4 f+ k6 n0 j. m•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

2 p! ]- P. V% S6 u- R! f0 W! g•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
$ e; i9 l" z7 Y( A0 T•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
