POSITION SUMMARY:

. T6 a) r* v: r; e•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
# w' i, q7 J7 x" O4 \; ~Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
" |. ?  X- b2 f- ?. Z! v) G•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  O% N0 C$ T( o% ~4 ~6 O" k/ K" `& A•        Control store-operating expenses.
! g. S7 M% {$ H; B8 u; m& F•        Lead by example in company service standards.
$ o4 F) N( `* A; b7 K3 j  h•        Manage store physical inventory.
2 U  s; \4 ~% S* l7 Z% X•        Maintain employee files and records.
% ]  e% G4 r9 _3 F8 |0 K•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

" C2 T; F5 O6 @7 U1 S) e# YREQUIREMENTS:

! ?- T, f9 h' L  J•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
: X- d4 \& D0 T# |; a; p. `6 N•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
