POSITION SUMMARY:

• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:) Z% J" ?( g8 \ g. k( D0 N' e+ m
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.) W6 f! N3 E2 L9 N N9 ?
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.6 y: D6 Z# ~2 S S7 X
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Manage store physical inventory.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
$ N# p, @3 B6 i& J• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.. L! f( R6 _9 S$ d4 D A
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills." c. c3 _$ Q! {8 v4 U9 h( l

• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
