0 s; U: v9 t, rChej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Canadian post-secondary credential

/ ^6 R0 q, s# k, t' D7 m' ?) QInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
! Z: z9 k$ f) k9 n- {Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
# v) p7 g( I' Y: GMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
