Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

! n) ?; c& }- V+ y8 C# s  KHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Requirements

Post-secondary degree

Canadian post-secondary credential
Class 5 driver’s license

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
8 H$ i, \3 r( r) ~  mManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
5 P$ G8 J! s% u1 h% OIssue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
% Z' E  e' j; c9 M  C) q4 tMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
