27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

+ X* c9 M1 K$ E1 {, g" D$ ~4 R17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
1 ^/ Q3 u1 Z. j+ H1 qJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
; Z! F% H" Q3 A2 F' m6 A6 M
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

: Q# E( y6 Q& Q9 c4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

! s, V5 s  r3 {1 T8 h7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
0 z! Q% ^0 t& ?; [6 ^knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
+ z0 y. S0 G, y# v$ u1 y& S3 b
1 T; P7 N7 {: \" f2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4 h% V2 n% Q* ~$ A3) Cashier experience.
) [/ A) t$ v! s) x3 _4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

  N3 @, ]) x+ s5 h$ u, i( B5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
