Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

2 a9 v& _4 r: k2 C( D1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

. m' l6 t0 c+ \+ a8 _2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of W8 K o/ N! a6 K9 J, B

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
z' y- J4 t$ Z9 Vattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 9 ~9 v7 h( ^; }6 V
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume " r2 i; n9 @& Z7 r2 ^ _
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
