$ [7 i) i) T3 z/ G7 c0 HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 x8 H7 O8 ]7 ]/ C& H# v: I1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
7 M+ e8 ~* A% Z9 ubeverage items.* I! g0 E$ ^7 c* \& ^
% `& \, X6 C8 I2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
7 l7 B1 V( j9 \' ~ w& Sbar and debit floats.. N, U$ k6 H* Q
& J; u& o3 Y5 ^* s; E" y8 F" U
3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
! I) K# a* c' D* B2 u3 yattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
; g3 U1 j; e& a6 }seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.* {6 U, B; M h2 F- L+ q/ J
c- a3 Y) u: x3 W6 K& p5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 7 W7 Q5 d9 |* P4 v, ?
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

9) Other job related duties as required by the Operations Manager,

QUALIFICATIONS:7 @0 b) `9 Z! {" }+ E ]4 [9 H# S
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.% l4 \% T w% N; ?' r! u% Y# f+ p: O
" `0 L4 F& o/ q. U$ h8 c2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
- P. R, m4 w9 T4 B- voperation.# {; R/ [) ]- A r5 t' `
F: K9 ]4 B& p0 r1 L3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 8 f9 w! g" n$ H
accordance with Students' Union policy.- S O! q# D; J2 X7 W5 h

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.

5) Ability to interact effectively with all customers and Students´
