JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

/ m) E" {$ f, k; T @$ xDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: w' k ?) ?' B4 n. d1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
# h1 W! U+ u8 h* ebeverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 9 R$ s9 `- L T* }
bar and debit floats.. U% I1 ]: T) S; V7 U1 U$ V

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
1 p. o. {5 ~3 K# ~each shift, and upon closing.# v7 d! P% F+ W8 F
4 o9 G. y7 x7 v2 _4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
6 `0 X4 Y8 \. r+ cattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and 4 q) G8 w( ~# q5 }8 C; H8 Y
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 6 O' p+ Q) [9 _! }3 L; _: f
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 8 n( V4 ]4 Y( d% j5 `
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.& H6 e* @; Q3 p) t! b2 |0 l& ?$ u1 Z

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
' C) f% M2 m8 y! Y1 imonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

# I& H" l6 v* Xaccordance with Students' Union policies.

high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

6 I) H/ N/ U6 A2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
. K) I. r2 p/ u9 M# [7 C7 M6 e& Soperation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in ; h M( o8 U! b1 o u
accordance with Students' Union policy.
