Requirement:

& m9 a/ C: Z- s, O2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally

4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails* l) M: s# s6 l1 p. W/ n
5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience% y4 v1 i# O0 c& W9 n+ l
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues. : F0 T: P3 ^- _
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks( D7 n1 s# |9 c `
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties( B/ E9 V2 r+ k- c# U, `; f
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices, a& _. B0 I1 b. v: `; `
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
' w5 m% r% |7 ` s- \% {: F5 K u6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning. * a" T* V* q9 W& R5 I
