Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

# P9 ]7 a( E2 ?! l }Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Maintenance
' Z$ x, a- L |) ^Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.- T* a, A7 j* E8 a0 {5 \
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
