Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Financial

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
' Y8 Q- P% G7 {8 D8 gMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.& q( s& w- ~6 N8 a/ g

Maintenance
- S9 f* Y; W$ k. I% ]- T* `/ W( hPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties., H* y5 z2 u- N
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
! i# t4 x1 K% q VEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
6 C& [2 U* S2 WSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.' l- V# C; @+ P1 T/ g4 \, Z
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur., i5 Q, G9 k$ z

The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
