As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. / p2 [+ E t) d

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.2 o1 }! `1 w0 w) R' I0 t' `& h' A

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.) B2 u) t- l8 i
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.3 C0 g& o3 r* S m7 `9 Z+ H
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

- w; h) e: D" X, I$ dConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
