As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance

) ?3 q9 S, a- P! n: V3 GPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.8 f" L9 _% ]0 |/ r B
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
" `0 p; }# Q+ [- j7 F9 u- i& V' QEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.! O7 w Y$ q. c! E+ x; i) m) N- V
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.' h$ I/ W2 T4 `0 g, U' a8 D; h# F; \
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

4 @; H$ B, U" `# j L P! n1 p; SEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
