Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
8 v+ }% A3 S' S2 M" Yanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
, P# L/ m6 g* Cmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
! l% H( T2 Z$ u' O6 uaddresses and general office duties.
7 k; C; c7 L* G& R& Z5 z
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
: h7 ~2 ?1 \) a1 Mproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
