The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
* g$ _4 d, R. e* a* vStudent Intern.

2 y) z2 d3 r# a6 HSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
9 Y" z; {  Z9 X5 Imaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
, Y# X% ~. e* ?& S# q; badmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
- x, G: ~' [7 i0 L- R' p- N  Yaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
# E8 h+ q( m& S; {; [. {& `* bpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
$ E8 ~8 l. f: I" P& Rproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
7 e3 ^9 j# H  Wdirections.
