Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
% i' s4 w& e; K/ H, [
9 M0 `8 b. t8 [: S- n-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
- |3 i( ]  [4 b" i" p- A8 J7 Q; \# y-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
* ^- C& Y4 S+ o! p. g/ [-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
/ Z  J( O+ w4 Y( A1 Z) U5 {6 w- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
8 \9 Y  u8 J4 ?7 P2 Q" V-Providing general clerical support to the office.
3 w/ C. N% o$ p. G/ M1 G-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
/ H7 B. _5 @) ^- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
$ q7 F. s7 V! l0 q9 l/ J6 G; _* r- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
