1 w. x0 J9 f( mThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
# J- t' g0 m, O1 NInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials" b) ^+ n5 r; G% y
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
$ W$ Q1 W1 H) M9 p# n0 N( cMust be able to work safely at all times# K' w3 @8 ^* p# F& I
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
5 v$ V" q6 J2 ~* A" l3 W: hPerforms routine housekeeping.
) i6 C4 X7 ^2 Q+ @5 w# OObserves and reports any safety issues1 t5 d* s* I4 I3 ?) a# F

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
