Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
0 h# s# E* R, }9 ~! N3. Maintenance requests follow up
/ T* e9 {# h, s0 K$ m' o( {4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
: d4 ^8 Z/ z1 C" V/ a! Z6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
