Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible

1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
) a1 Q! \/ M, {6 g, H$ C9 T2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
) b7 J, j, O* H) N+ F0 Z6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:

Requirements:
