1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
9 u$ R" L. P- |2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
9 O$ ^7 }/ K- m: A4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
4 G4 [- Y0 C; m7 p. k8 ^8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
